About the Role


Driven Properties is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Client Representation to lead our Client Representation division within the Commercial Department. This critical role will involve ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and advocacy while navigating their commercial real estate needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Formulate and implement client representation strategies that align with Driven Properties’ vision and market opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team dedicated to client representation, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the key contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their interests are fully represented throughout the leasing and purchasing processes.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks for clients in the commercial real estate sector.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms and conditions for leases and purchases.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing superior service and ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and financial advisory, to deliver comprehensive services to clients.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and team success.
  • Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in client transactions, mitigating risks effectively.
