Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Head of Business to join our established team at GEMS Founders. Al Mizhar Dubai, starting in January 2025.
The successful candidate will lead, manage, and be accountable for the quality of school's curriculum provision.

The successful candidate will have:
B.Ed or Bachelors degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent Proven experience of teaching Business up to KS5 To lead, manage, co-ordinate, maintain, develop, monitor and evaluate the school’s curriculum provision in the relevant subject area The ability to share your outstanding practice A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents A proven track record of providing outstanding teaching and learning An aspiration to work in a world-class school with real prospects for enhancing their career
