Overview


As Head of Business Development (MENA), you will be responsible for expanding the company’s presence across business and reseller channels. The role requires a strategic leader who can forge strong partnerships, drive commercial growth, and ensure long-term success in the region.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and secure partnerships across the travel, telecom, and reseller sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance visibility and adoption of the company’s solutions.
  • Lead partner onboarding and provide ongoing support to ensure seamless integration.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Deliver and track monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives to achieve business targets.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 7+ years in corporate or channel sales within telecom, travel, or consumer business sectors.
  • Expertise: Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive consultative sales strategies.
  • Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
  • Mindset: Proactive, strategic, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with sales and partnership tools such as HubSpot.
