Previous experience of 1-2 years in a Luxury Hotel environment in a similar role.
An elevated and energetic Conversationalist, engaging Guests with lively discussions and building a good rapport with them.
Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights
Exceptional Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills to deliver a ‘FIVE-Star’ Experience for our guests.
Proficient in Reservation Systems and Guest Management Software.
An appreciation for fine dining experiences and ease and familiarity with food and beverage menus.
Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages are a Plus).
