My client a well know TV. Media Company is looking to hire a candidate with strong broadcast media experience in content and a background in marketing


 Head – Content and Marketing

  • Location: Dubai
  • Experience: 12- 18 years of total experience in broadcast television industry
  • Qualification: Graduate degree /Management Degree

Job Responsibilities

 

Content/Programming

 

  1. Focus on maximizing, growing and sustaining viewership base by continually enhancing viewership experience while establishing adequate feedbacks.
  2. Driving Content innovation from Ideation through Execution and exploration of never- before- used themes to sustain viewers’ attention and maximize viewing time Content.
  3. Achieving new milestones and meeting stretch targets by constantly striving to position slot/genre/channel as a leader, ahead of competition.

 

On Air Promotions

 

  1. Exhibits service delivery and displays comprehensive understanding of stated and unstated needs on the internal/external customers.
  2. Commitment to consistently delivering campaign efficiency and innovation in Promo content delivery to achieve increased reach.
  3. Striving to positively transform channel image projection achieved by unwavering focus on Consumer Insights and Focus

 

Production

 

  1. Exhibits comprehensive understanding of stated and unstated needs on the internal/external customers/consumers. Focused on delivering customer/consumer delight for all shows by synergistic collaborations with internal /external stakeholders
  2. Focus on Process Innovation in event execution and stakeholder management with emphasis on effective and efficient resource utilization.
  3. Focus on seamless and faster adaption to Process Innovations/embracing newer technologies

 

Co-Production

  1. Identify and secure co-production opportunities.
  2. Negotiate and manage co-production deals, ensuring cost efficiency, quality control, and strategic alignment with the company’s vision.
  3. Strengthen relationships with production houses, studios, and global content providers to expand the content pipeline.

Marketing

  1. Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to drive advertising, sponsorships, and syndication opportunities.
  2. Monitor audience analytics and campaign performance, optimizing strategies for better impact.
  3. Excellent in all Microsoft tools like Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
