Job Description


To manage the Academy’s internal and external communications to build and maintain a positive image of the Academy. This role involves leading communication strategies, overseeing events, creating content for publications, and ensuring alignment with guidelines. The position also acts as the main contact for media relations, manages the communication infrastructure, and supervises a team.


Key Responsibilities: 



• Lead internal and external communication strategies to position the academy.
• Manage communications campaigns, publications, and media relations.
• Oversee internal communication processes to engage employees.
• Plan and coordinate events, including social activities and external exhibitions.
• Ensure high-quality content for publications, ensuring it meets high calibre standards.
• Supervise staff, manage the department’s budget, and track performance.


Qualifications & Experience:



• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or similar.
• At least 10 years of experience in communication or media in a large oil/gas organization, with 5+ years in a management role.
• Proficient in English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills.
