Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef specializing in Charcoal, BBQ, Grill, and Rice dishes to join our team at Zamzam Al Thahabi. The ideal candidate will be skilled in crafting flavorful and authentic dishes, with an emphasis on quality and presentation. If you have a strong background in cooking over charcoal, creating BBQ and grilled specialties, and preparing delicious rice dishes, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality charcoal, BBQ, grill, and rice dishes.
  • Ensure all food is prepared consistently according to recipe specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and create new menu items.
  • Manage stock and supplies to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently.


Skills

  • Have a creative mindset and be able to develop new and innovative menu items that appeal to customers.
  • Must have the ability to delegate tasks efficiently and manage time effectively to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.
  • Be able to communicate clearly and concisely, ensuring that all staff members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate strong conflict resolution skills and be able to handle customer complaints and other issues in a professional and effective manner.
