What You'll Do?


  • Create, develop and promote new drinks and recipes
  • Train and supervise baristas
  • Greet customers and take orders
  • Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
  • Stock and restock supplies
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the cafe and equipment
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Follow health and safety regulations
  • Ensure quality control of all beverages
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies when needed

What Are We Looking For?


  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
  • Ability to prepare coffee drinks quickly and accurately
  • Skilled in customer service and communication
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Familiarity with different types of coffee beans and grinds
  • Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
