Head – Aviation Business Management 

What you’ll deliver

•You’ll be responsible for leading all aspects of key airline account management and business development ensuring 100% data integrity through constant research and customer contact. 

•You’ll be responsible for the budget of the unit and effective utilization and ensure timely reports to management level. You will be responsible for the overall coordinator between airlines, internal stakeholders and other key sector stakeholders including regulators.

•You’ll conduct business research and develop relationships with existing and target airlines, without jeopardizing base carrier aspirations

•You’ll continually seeking to improve the quality and information provided through improved data access or processes, including liaison with the airlines to establish any missing data sources to comply with airport Conditions of Use (CoU).

What you bring

•You’ll be educated to Bachelor’s degree level/ MBA in a discipline related to Aviation Management/Leisure Management/Marketing or related  

•You’ll have at least 10 years of relevant experience in Aviation/Airport with a key focus on Aviation Business Development, Relationship Management and Account Management

•You’ll have in-depth knowledge of the aviation market and excellent awareness of the industry with a comprehensive understanding of airport operations, planning and project management, airline business models and capacity development processes. You will also be familiar with the Worldwide Airport Slot Guidelines, the schedule coordination process and roles and responsibilities of the airport & airlines.
