Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent hair services, including haircuts, styling, treatments, color, and advanced extensions using your unique techniques.
Greet and welcome salon guests warmly.
Ensure timely service for scheduled appointments.
Maintain tools, equipment, and salon furniture in top condition.
Adhere to the salon’s quality, safety, and health standards.
Analyze guests’ hair and recommend personalized care and styling solutions.
Provide detailed consultations to explain treatments and results.
Collaborate with the salon team to achieve desired guest results.
Keep the station and salon floor guest-ready at all times.
Record guest details, including treatments and preferences, ensuring confidentiality.
Shampoo, rinse, and dry guests’ hair with care.
Cooperate with the team for joint consultations and service delivery.
Offer home or hotel services as negotiated by the salon.
