About the role


The Guest Service Agent oversees the lobby and arrival/departure experience of Four Seasons Abu Dhabi Residences.


What you will do


1.    Provide a friendly and professional service that always exceeds residents’ expectations.
2.    Escort arriving residents and their guests to their room, handling their luggage with care and efficiency and assisting with all requests.
3.    Store and retrieve residents luggage and belongings, answer telephones, deliver messages, packages, flowers, etc. to their apartments; run errands for residents and the concierge staff.
4.    Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the lobby, at the Concierge Desk, the front entrance and the luggage storage areas.
5.    Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Director of Residences and Residences Manager.


What you bring
•    A minimum of at least 1+ years of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand


•    An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task 


•    High level of understanding and knowledge of Residential


•   Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)


•    Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
