Job Description

Rixos Al Mairid, an award-winning family beach resort on the stunning Al Marjan Island, is seeking a dedicated Guest Relation Agent. In this role, you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring that each guest has a personalized and memorable experience from arrival to departure. Responsibilities include greeting guests, addressing inquiries and requests, providing information about hotel services and the local area, and handling any issues to ensure guest satisfaction. Your role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the exceptional standards of Rixos hospitality.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Russian. Proficiency in additional languages like German, Italian, or French is a plus, with a language allowance provided.
• Experience: Previous experience in guest relations, front desk, or a similar role in a luxury hotel setting is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach are essential. Must be able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Personal Attributes: Professional, approachable, and able to deliver a warm and engaging guest experience.

• Compensation: 2,400 AED Basic Salary, 400 AED Service Charge, 250 AED Language Allowance (for Russian, German, Italian, or French).
  
• Accommodation: Shared accommodation (2 pax in 1 room) provided by the hotel.
