Job Summary:

The Guest Executive is the primary point of contact for our guests, responsible for ensuring seamless and enjoyable stays. This role requires a highly organized and customer-centric individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or holiday homes industry in the UAE.


Responsibilities:

  • Guest Communication: Proactively communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Check-in/Check-out: Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures, including key handover, property orientation, and collection of security deposits.
  • Property Preparation: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped for guest arrivals. Conduct regular property inspections.
  • Guest Support: Provide concierge-level services to guests, assisting with booking tours, transportation, restaurant reservations, and other requests. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential issues that may arise during guest stays, ensuring minimal disruption and maximizing guest satisfaction.
  • Local Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of Dubai's attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options to provide valuable recommendations to guests.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage guest bookings, maintain accurate records, and handle administrative tasks related to guest stays.
  • Emergency Response: Handle emergency situations effectively and professionally, following established protocols and ensuring guest safety.
