JOB OVERVIEW

Incubeta MENA is a digital growth partner driving opportunities for clients offering solutions that solve business problems to deliver on growth. Our mantra is "We make Digital Simple - We don't sell products/services, we solve business problems"


The main objective of the Growth Strategy Director is to drive strategic business growth by defining new business opportunities and presenting Incubeta’s solutions in a consultative and integrated manner that will deliver further value to clients that will bolster their digital marketing activities, ultimately leading to improved business performance.


This role is accountable for showing tangible growth results to support the new business growth targets by increasing the close rate % of leads through impactful proposals and increasing the value of the proposal through upselling services. This role will also be responsible for driving key industry partnership relationships, with a focus on Google, TikTok, and so on.


At its core, the Growth Strategy Director requires holistic knowledge of Business Development for Performance Marketing opportunities. This includes but is not limited to;


  • Data Acquisition and Management: Solid understanding of Cloud for Marketing
  • Business Intelligence and Measurement Solutions: Reporting, Insights and Analytics
  • Performance Marketing Activation: Cross Media Channel ( Paid, Earned and Owned), Content & Creative

PLACE WITHIN ORGANISATION


  • Reports directly to the Regional Growth and Innovation Director
  • Works closely with the New Business Directors, Regional Managing Director (MENA)
  • Works closely with the Business Operations Leads, MENA HOD’s, and members across the Incubeta Group for new business opportunities

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Client-Centric Solutions: Understand client challenges and translate them into actionable proposals showcasing how Incubeta's services can drive profitable growth.
  • Develop and present compelling, integrated proposals for new business leads.
  • Craft roadmaps to enhance client business goals, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and drive innovation.
  • Advise regional and group client leads on optimal integrated strategies.
  • Support the sales process by articulating the value of Incubeta's services.
  • New Business Growth: Achieve new business growth targets by securing opportunities through diverse channels, including partners, leads, and inbound inquiries.

INTERNAL COLLABORATION


  • Facilitate smooth client onboarding and handover to the operational team.
  • Continuously improve pitch decks and ensure alignment with client strategies.
  • Mentor team members on integrated solutions and consultative approaches.
  • Overseeing the adoption of the client roadmap and identifying growth opportunities within Tier 1 client accounts.
  • Represent MENA in Industry and Partnership Counsel.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE - IMPERATIVE


  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in client servicing/consultancy ideally within a digital marketing agency or similar environment - with integrated experience in creative deliverables, paid media, SEO, Social and data & analytics.
  • Business Acumen: Exceptional financial literacy and ability to understand commercials related to profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and other financial skills
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in tools such as Hubspot, Harvest, Monday.com or similar tools.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, understanding the strengths and weaknesses of each stakeholder.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve challenges in the pitch process.

TECHNICAL APTITUDE:


  • Experience working on integrated clients across various platforms including but not limited to GMP, X, META, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat - showing versatility and adaptability in managing clients on various platforms.
  • In-Depth understanding of Performance Marketing - Paid, Owned Earned Channels
  • Familiarity with technical concepts and terminology relevant to the industry.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:


  • This is a full-time position based in Dubai.
  • Occasional travel may be required for client meetings or industry events.
