We are currently seeking a highly creative and talented Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing our Growth and Performance Marketing campaigns.

As a Growth Marketer, you will be crucial in developing and implementing strategies that drive demand through inbound and paid marketing activities. Your primary focus will be driving web traffic and conversions, nurturing our existing database, and developing and executing a strategy to create more sales opportunities for our sales team.
The successful candidate should have experience in Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing and be passionate about the tech/software industry, marketing, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, and emerging channel performance marketing campaign management campaign builds, analysis, optimizations, and reporting.
- Build and maintain performance reporting and analysis across acquisition channels and campaigns; monitor and report on key performance metrics, including cost per lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), to assess campaign effectiveness and overall business impact.
- Manage the performance marketing budget and identify the best spend strategy to drive business in our different regions of operation.
- Develop strategic tests in partnership with the Marketing team, implement tests and build out digestible, custom reports for key stakeholders that provide actionable insights and inspire takeaways to drive business objectives.
- Work directly with our creative and content team on creative strategy for ads and landing pages including briefs, review/feedback, A/B testing strategy, and insights reporting.
- Identify and execute opportunities for expansion into new acquisition channels.
- Create and implement Growth and Performance Marketing strategies to launch new countries.
- Manage marketing & web analytics measurement platforms; aid in management & framework for proper data capture (e.g., tagging structure, UTM structure, channel settings, custom events, etc.) and partner with appropriate team members to execute.
- Stay current with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to proactively apply new knowledge.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in a Performance Marketing role or Growth Marketing
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative nature
- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and motivate diverse teams and functions to produce high-quality outcomes
- Experience operating within a fast-paced and demanding environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritizing time and resources based on business impact.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ownership mindset and a track record of successfully accomplished projects
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS industry is preferred
