Role: Group Commercial DirectorLocation: Dubai Department: Commercial As Lifecare continues its strategic expansion across the Middle East and Africa, we are looking for an experienced and visionary Group Commercial Director to drive our commercial strategy and growth across the Lifecare’s commercial function. We have built a strong foundation over the past 30 years, delivering exceptional insurance solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Now, as we enter the next phase of growth, we need to strengthen our commercial function to steer our strategy and innovation to new heights. With over 170 professionals across the UAE, Qatar, and Kenya, Lifecare International is scaling rapidly. Reporting to Chief Commercial Officer, the Group Commercial Director will play a pivotal role in elevating our strategic approach to business development, forging innovative partnerships, and strengthening our position in competitive markets. As our business evolves, we need a leader who can maintain our commitment to client advocacy, while driving new revenue streams and operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for:- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing commercial team across multiple regions.- Developing and executing the commercial strategy that aligns with Lifecare's growth objectives.- Leading business development efforts across key markets, including new product launches and expansion of client offerings.- Managing relationships with key insurance providers, clients, and corporate partners to ensure the highest levels of service delivery.- Identifying opportunities for process optimization and cost containment, driving efficiencies in how we deliver value to our clients.- Monitoring and analyzing market trends to position Lifecare competitively in the insurance landscape. Deliverables/ KPIs:- Achieve defined revenue growth targets for Lifecare across its regional operations.- Expand Lifecare’s presence in emerging markets and strengthen existing partnerships.- Drive operational improvements and introduce innovations in service delivery.
