Job Description

Job Scope

Ensure all departmental checklists, opening and closing procedures are being consistently completed, any required follow-up action is initiated, and forms/records are being filed appropriately 
Ensure all Waivers and T&C’s are signed before the experience commences 
Book in and Check in customers to their relevant experience 
Serve customers by helping them select products.
Help answer customers questions and queries 
Directs customers to the experience they have chosen.
Provides outstanding customer service.
Manages financial transactions.
Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
 Deal with any internal or external customer requests 
Handle minor complaints of the guests 
 Greet and direct customers
Provide accurate information (e.g., products, pricing, merchandise etc.)
Ensure merchandise areas are fully stocked
Desirable:

Higher secondary or equivalent 
 year as a front-line colleague in the entertainment / leisure industry, specifically Operations. Has handled money transactions and worked with customers on a face-to-face basis.
