GRC Archer Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled GRC Archer Engineer to design, implement, and support RSA Archer GRC solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Archer, integrating it with external systems, and managing various GRC modules. This role requires expertise in risk management, compliance, policy management, and issue management, along with strong technical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement RSA Archer GRC solutions to meet business and compliance requirements.
• Develop and customize Archer On-Demand Applications (ODA) to enhance platform functionality.
• Manage and optimize core GRC modules, including Policy Management, Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Issue Management.
• Integrate RSA Archer with external systems and data sources using APIs, data feeds, and automation tools.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Archer platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Archer solutions.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and user training to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
• Maintain best practices for Archer system security, performance, and scalability.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven hands-on experience in implementing and managing RSA Archer GRC solutions.
• Strong expertise in GRC modules such as policy, compliance, risk, and issue management.
• Experience with Archer On-Demand Applications (ODA) and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of integration methods with external systems, including REST/SOAP APIs, data feeds, and connectors.
• Prior experience in Archer platform support, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
• Archer certifications (e.g., RSA Archer Certified Administrator).
• Experience with GRC frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript or SQL for customization.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government.
