INOI was founded in 2016 by Estonian businessman Vassili Sibirtsev and Finnish entrepreneur Victor Dmitrienko. Position Overview:We are seeking a highly professional and organized Graphic Designer to support our creative team. The successful candidate will handle a variety of design tasks, ensuring the efficient operation of our design operations and maintaining excellent standards in all forms of visual communication and teamwork.
Language Requirement:- Excellent command of Arabic and English
Key Responsibilities:- Produce graphic content & animations for various media (e.g., product collaterals, websites, social media, advertisements).
- Uphold brand guidelines across all visual design elements.
- Work with diverse teams to meet visual communication needs.
- Modify designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Developing templates that can be used by other team members.
Job Requirement:- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in graphic design, supported by a portfolio.
- Proficiency in design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
- Ability to generate original design concepts and visuals.
- Ensuring all design elements are cohesive and aligned with objectives.
- Ability to articulate design concepts and accept feedback constructively.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
- Openness to adopting new design techniques and tools.
- 3D design/animation skills will be an advantage.
