General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
Compile high quality graphics/animation to be included in presentations to Government Agencies -Board of Directors
Provide graphic design for the business development team
Create visual and creative design documents using Indesign, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and other software.
Analyze rough sketches, drawings, and specifications and be able to synthesize the information into clear graphics.
Maintain and manage models, files, design and drawing logs tracking revisions in an organized manner.
Monitor industry trends and implement new technologies/visual aids as necessary.
Executes additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
Producing all graphics required for the content of bids, liaising with individual graphics owners within the bid team as appropriate.
Taking full responsibility for creating and sourcing all graphic artwork.
Ensure all graphic artwork created follows the corporate branding guidelines and oversee the development of the visual bid branding.
Seeking relevant approvals.
Liaising with Proposals and communications teams on all complementary aspects of submission content.
Coordinating with Proposals teams to ensure timely completion and publication of submissions.
Management of the bidding graphics and image libraries.
Managing agreed on improvement projects.
Perform other tasks as requested by the supervisor/line manager.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years of Consultancy experience is required, preferably in Mixed Development Cities, Infrastructure projects and etc.
Thorough knowledge of up-to-date, industry-leading software and technologies, including Adobe Suite, Auto Desk Maya, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
Comfortable in both iOS and Windows environments.
Ability to generate high-quality products in a deadline-driven environment.
Experience in both printed and digital documents
Excellent organizational skills and keen ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet strict deadlines.
Ability to work as part of a team with other department members concurrently.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
