Job Description
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and delivering high-quality visual content that aligns with the hotel group’s brand identity and marketing objectives. This role involves designing creative materials for various platforms, including digital, print, and multimedia channels, while ensuring consistency and innovation in the brand’s visual representation. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and adept at balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Creative Design
- Design and develop marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, posters, presentations, and email templates.
- Create engaging digital assets for websites, social media, and online campaigns, ensuring compatibility across platforms and devices.
- Produce branded materials for corporate initiatives and property-level marketing needs.
- Develop visually compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Brand Management
- Uphold and maintain the brand’s visual guidelines across all designs and communication materials.
- Review and approve designs from property-level teams to ensure consistency with corporate standards.
Digital Content Creation
- Design visually appealing graphics for social media campaigns, website updates, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create animations, GIFs, and other interactive content.
- Assist with the creation of multimedia content, including video editing and motion graphics, as needed.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the Marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Partner with external vendors, such as photographers and printers, to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Support property-level teams by providing templates and localized design assistance.
Innovation & Trends
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the creative process.
- Research and suggest innovative design solutions to improve engagement and brand perception.
- Regularly update the team on industry best practices and new creative tools.
Project & Time Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to support urgent and high-impact marketing needs.
