CSM Middle East became part of the Wasserman agency following an acquisition in October 2023. In the Middle East region we continue to operate as CSM for the short-term whilst we go through the necessary changes to our business licenses, and we expect to rebrand, in line with the rest of the global CSM business, in 2025.

What will you be doing


We are seeking a Creative Multimedia Designer to join our Middle East team. This is a newly-created role where the successful candidate will work across a variety of sports and brand materials within a vibrant global environment.


A team player who can engage with the Creative Services team & the wider business and is passionate about creative imagery and naturally artistic; an individual who brings lots of ideas, enjoys brainstorming and who can provide creative and technical skill whilst staying calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


An understanding and experience of the creative production process is key as well as the principles of designing for digital delivery, most especially on social media platforms.


Be prepared to be involved in projects of all types, from either a conceptualisation standpoint or simply to provide support at a campaign’s artwork production stage.


An interest in sports is even better, and a passion on brands is even essential!


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities


  • Work closely with project managers to create designs based on client requests and specifications.


  • Ensuring projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.


  • Work closely with the senior design team to support larger projects, contributing creative ideas and technical skills.


  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and approaches to multimedia content.


  • Provide artworking and production support for final design outputs.


Technical Skills


3D Modeling & Rendering:


  • Design and create 3D models, textures, and renders for product visuals, activation booths, environments, and interactive elements.


  • Apply lighting, shading, and texturing to develop high-quality 3D visuals for various media.


  • Optimize 3D assets for efficient integration into videos, interactive content, and other design projects.


Motion Graphics & Animation:


  • Design and animate complex motion graphics for video content, social media, advertisements, and presentations.


  • Create visually dynamic video sequences that include animated typography, kinetic text, and custom transitions.


  • Produce compelling video content that integrates 3D, 2D, and live-action elements.


Graphic Design & Visual Communication:


  • Design visually stunning layouts, illustrations, and graphics for a wide range of digital and print materials.


  • Develop and execute design concepts that align with brand identity and enhance campaign storytelling.


  • Create cohesive visual solutions for campaigns, presentations, and event branding.


  • A strong portfolio of pitch deck designs is a huge plus.


User Interface & User Experience Design (Optional, but a plus):


  • Collaborate on UI/UX projects, providing wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual designs.


  • Apply best practices for user-centered design and usability to digital interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.


Software Expertise:


  • Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).


  • Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling software (Cinema 4D, Blender, SketchUp, or equivalent).


  • Strong understanding of rendering engines such as V-Ray or Redshift.


  • Proficiency in UI/UX design tools like Figma or Sketch is a bonus.


The Skills and Experience you will need:


  • 5+ years of experience in multimedia design, with a focus on graphic design, 3D modeling, rendering, and motion graphics.


  • Expert-level proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or SketchUp, and rendering engines like V-Ray or Redshift.


  • Expert-level proficiency in motion graphics and video production using After Effects and Premiere Pro.


  • Strong graphic design foundation, with advanced skills in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.


  • Experience in UI/UX design is a plus but not required.


  • A strong portfolio showcasing 3D, motion graphics, and graphic design work.


  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present creative ideas clearly to stakeholders.


  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
