Functional Responsibilities:
·Conduct simple updates on brand related documents (e.g. brand guidelines, usage policy) by following instructions under close supervision
·Work on alterations of DET brand for products and materials
·Provide support to the delivery of artwork projects such as style, size, and arrangement of type and illustrations
·Participate in the development of original designs, videos, animations in alignment with organizational brand standards
·Collect and compile information on sub-brands to support brand audit activities
·Share the up-to-date brand guidelines amongst employees and key stakeholders (e.g. email signature, PowerPoint presentation templates, color pallets and font)
·Act as a project team member in the execution of graphic design projects and handle coordination responsibilities in low complexity graphic design projects
·Take project budget, timeline and quality requirements into consideration during the delivery of a graphic design project
·Follow up with third party providers and agencies to collect the documents required for the selection process
·Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to collect information requested by the third party providers (e.g. consultants, agencies)
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design
