About the Clients & Markets team

Clients & Markets team at Grant Thornton UAE focuses on driving business growth and enhancing market presence by developing and implementing strategic marketing and client engagement initiatives. The team supports the firm's objectives by fostering strong client relationships, optimizing market opportunities, and promoting Grant Thornton’s brand within the UAE market.

As a Graphic Design Lead, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the production of all Design Team outputs – winning proposals, innovative client presentations, engaging internal communications, captivating events, lead generating digital campaigns, compelling thought Leadership reports and brochures to name a few
• Discussing creative briefs, delivering on innovative thinking, brainstorming to deliver award winning and cutting-edge design ideas and practices with the team
• Being part of the brainstorming and planning stages, discussing timelines, deliverables and bringing solutions
• Conceptualizing and ideating to create beautiful visuals that support our brand messaging – bring ideas and flare for creativity
• Being able to manage time sensitive deadlines and stakeholders while managing multiple deliverables
• Transforming complex data into beautiful layouts, infographics, illustrations and iconography to support key messages
• Working collaboratively with the design team, the wider marketing team and our internal clients
• Ensuring our brand visual identity is consistently applied across all communications
• Developing visuals that reflect our brand messaging and tone of voice – that speak to our audience with clarity and conviction
• Helping to mentor and coach junior staff and the wider Markets team

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an agency and/or in-house design team in a professional services industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work
• Capable of presenting concepts and strategies to senior stakeholders, with ability to educate, debate and persuade in equal measure
• Leadership capability with experience managing expectations of and ability to influence/challenge senior stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a high-performing team and to lead, mentor and guide others
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), Arabic speaking is advantageous
• Proficient in creative software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and understands industry trends and best practice
