Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
This role is responsible for the successful facilitation and implementation of key Retail projects to support the continuous improvement of Digital Solutions throughout the EMC Retail fleet of stores. Furthermore, this role will be responsible for sharing of latest information, training and best practices across all EMC countries as to ensure consistent implementation and operation of our digital tools across all stores.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support in the research, delivery, implementation, and measurement of local Retail Back Office related projects as required.
• Take ownership of assigned project work to ensure the delivery of project plans on time and within agreed objectives with the support of country store teams.
• Support the EMC Retail Consumer Excellence Manager to deliver on digital projects and operational consistencies across EMC Countries.
• Complete pre-project analysis, capturing current processes and practices across EMC countries and seek out existing best in class resources from Global and other markets.
• Build comprehensive project plans for each project including success measures from all stakeholders, commercial implications and timelines.
• Track progress of ongoing project work and feedback to EMC Retail Stakeholders.
• Gain feedback and buy in from EMC countries and key stakeholders on project drafts to ensure end product is understood and supported.
• Support in development of training and supporting documentation for project work.
• Act as expert point of contact for adidas retail digital tools across operational, check out, consumer experiential and omni capabilities.
• Support in driving key initiatives focused on Retail Operations enhancements to be implemented in all key locations.
• Act as a point of contact for retail initiatives and best practices across EMC and work closely with the Country trading and implementation teams on excellence projects.
• Train retail staff in the operation of tools, methods and Global/Market initiatives directed by the Global and EMC Retail Consumer Excellence teams.
• Support a culture of sharing and adopting global best practices across all EMC countries.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree/diploma level, ideally with sales focus or equivalent professional experience.
