Job Description

Join AECOM's Graduate Program 2025


AECOM is seeking a Graduate Advisory Consultant to support our dynamic projects through research, analysis, and data-driven insights. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects across multiple disciplines while developing technical expertise under the guidance of experienced professionals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conducts research and data analysis to support client projects and business initiatives.
  • Assists in preparing reports, presentations, and technical deliverables.
  • Supports the collection, management, and validation of data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Assists in drafting Requests for Information (RFIs) to facilitate data gathering and analysis.
  • Contributes to quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) processes to uphold project standards.
  • Maintains and updates technical libraries, benchmarks, and resource databases for project use.
  • Works collaboratively with senior team members, gaining exposure to multidisciplinary projects and strategic problem-solving.

What we are looking for:


  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with analytical software is a plus.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor of Science in Economics or Business Management from an accredited, internationally recognized Institute or University.
  2. Must be a 2024 or 2025 graduate.
  3. Available to start in May or June 2025.
  4. A strong passion for learning, professional growth, and contributing to AECOM’s Emiratisation initiatives through the Fursa Program.
  5. Eligibility: As part of AECOM’s commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labor law, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.
