Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Corporate Communication Strategies:
- Design communication strategies aligned with governmental objectives and institutional vision.
- Ensure that media and public relations activities are coordinated in line with public policies.
- Manage governmental communication campaigns effectively to increase public awareness and engagement.
Manage Internal and External Communication:
- Strengthen internal communication channels between government departments to ensure smooth information flow.
- Manage relationships with media outlets and partner institutions to maintain consistent and effective communication.
- Develop communication policies and procedures that support the overall objectives of the institution.
Leverage Technological Advancements in Communication:
- Utilize modern technologies such as artificial intelligence to enhance communication processes.
- Analyze public engagement data and propose improvements based on data-driven insights and AI tools.
Develop New Business Models:
- Innovate and develop business models that contribute to the improvement of corporate communication operations.
- Apply global best practices in government communication to ensure the highest standards of quality.
Crisis Communication Management:
- Coordinate communication strategies during crises and emergency situations.
- Prepare swift and effective response plans and public statements to manage media crises.
Oversee Communication Team:
- Led and guided various teams within the corporate communications department.
- Develop the professional skills of the team by providing necessary training on the latest tools and technologies.
Analysis and Reporting:
- Prepare periodic reports on the performance of corporate communication strategies and media campaigns.
- Provide recommendations based on analysis to enhance future communication plans.
Skills
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of modern communication technologies, including artificial intelligence and data analytics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage crises effectively.
