We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to be part of our team as a Product Governance Officer. The role is pivotal in developing and maintaining internal team governance including policies and procedures manuals and documentation relating to Product development, management of partners and wellness events.
Reporting to the Head of Product, Solution Strategy, Vendor Management and Health & Well-being, the role is responsible for ensuring team compliance relating to the internal and external governance requirements.
The Governance Officer develops internal team guidelines, policy and procedures liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure strict adherence to compliance requirements
This role is essential in meeting internal and external compliance requirements.
An extension of this role will see the individual manage post-sales marketing collaterals. This critical role will ensure any information that a member or client receives is positioned in a way that fits to the company’s brand guidelines and in a factual and informative manner.
Create internal team policies and procedures documents that meets the required compliance requirements.
Analyses and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements
Research best business practices within and outside the organization to establish effective governance
Monthly/Annual reviews carried out ensuring team members strictly follow the internal team policies and procedures
Make recommendations to Management on improvements to meet compliance requirements.
Manage post sale marketing collateral requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring the content follows company branding guidelines, articulates the information/messaging concisely.
UAE National (Emirati)
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a governance, audit, operating effectiveness role ideally in a corporate environment
Excellent organisational, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions for customers
Ability to manage multiple tasks, complex timelines and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
