Roles & Responsibilities:
• Self-motivated, results-driven and proactive General Manager to direct and manage organization’s
business activities, to develop and to implement business strategies & programs.
• Have a vision about related Industries & its operations and to drive the company in the directions;
• Responsibilities includes but not limited to laid down the company’s business plan and budget.
• Plan and allocate functional resources, formulating/ implementing the policies, coordinating business
operations, monitoring, and motivating staff, managing operations costs, ensuring good customer
service, improving administration processes.
• Effectiveness and efficiency over supplier chain management;
• Sourcing the candidate with vision, identifying potential business opportunities, and monitoring
financial activities.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, network skill and vision in directing business functions will assist organization
in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, improve the staff productivity,
enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring sustainability, and attaining business objectives.
• Periodical reporting and updating CEO on company matters and industry updation;
Experience:
• 15 to 25 Years of experience and exposure in the field of Extra Low Voltages systems (ELV) - CCTV /
Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, SMATV, Video & Audio Intercom, Active &
Passive Network Components, Structured Cabling and backbone including Fiber Network, Gate &
Boom Barrier, Physical Security Systems, Wi-Fi Access Points and IT Services;
• Experience in handling a diversified team- Sales / Operations (Projects & Services)/ Admin / Finance;
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience in Dubai market;
• Should have hands-on experience in Sales, Operations, Business Development;
• Excellent connect and should have executed projects with MEP Contractors & Consultants in the UAE
market to drive project vertical;
• Should have good connect Facility Managers & Owner Associations to drive and grow Service
vertical;
Education Qualifications:
• Engineering - Preferably Electrical, Electronics & Communication Engineering.
• Master’s in Business Management & Administration.
• Certification related to business / operations / project management will be an added advantage.
• SIRA Certification will have an advantage.
Other Qualifications / Requirements:
• Proficient in ELV Systems.
• Proficient in SIRA guidelines & regulations and TRA-Etisalat& Du (SCS) standards & approvals.
• Excellent Communication, Leadership qualities, Highly organized, Strong Work Ethic, Goal oriented
