Job Description

A leading global organisation is seeking a Global Head of Talent Acquisition to drive its hiring strategy and shape the future of its workforce. This is a high-impact role for a strategic leader with a track record of delivering world-class talent solutions in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

As the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for designing and executing a forward-thinking hiring strategy, ensuring the organisation attracts and retains the best talent globally. You will lead a team of recruitment professionals, enhance employer branding, and implement cutting-edge recruitment technologies to optimise hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing TA team across multiple regions.
  • Drive workforce planning and hiring strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Implement innovative sourcing methods, recruitment technologies, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand evolving business needs and build a proactive talent pipeline.
  • Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded across all hiring practices.
  • Oversee executive hiring and strategic workforce planning.
  • Optimise recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor insights, and emerging talent acquisition strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience leading global talent acquisition functions within large, complex organisations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage high-performing teams across multiple geographies.
  • Expertise in developing and executing large-scale recruitment strategies.
  • Experience in employer branding, digital recruitment tools, and recruitment marketing.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on optimising recruitment metrics and outcomes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
