Job Description

  • Perform basic maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  • Support in setting up and arranging equipment or furniture as needed.
  1. Inventory Management:
  • Assist in receiving, organizing, and managing inventory.
  • Keep accurate records of stock levels and notify appropriate personnel when supplies need replenishment.
  1. Office Assistance:
  • Handle simple clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
  • Distribute mail and packages to the respective departments.
  1. Support Event Preparation:
  • Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment for company events or meetings.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are arranged according to specifications.
  1. Groundskeeping:
  • Help maintain the external appearance of the premises by performing tasks like gardening, sweeping, or removing snow.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to accomplish team goals.
  • Take directions from supervisors and actively seek opportunities to contribute to various projects.
  1. Safety Compliance:
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing tasks.
  • Report any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate personnel.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance and organizational tasks.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry moderate loads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
