General Manager Supply Chain Clothe & Food MENA | Retail | Marks & Spencer
Location: Dubai, AE Strong familiarity with supply chain operations across Asia and MENA. Expertise in business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and strategic partner selection through tenders. Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end retail supply chain processes, including e-commerce and omnichannel logistics. Proven ability to manage international stakeholders at senior levels. Strong multitasking capabilities, with the ability to oversee multiple program streams effectively Minimum of 15 years in international retail supply chain management, with a total career span of 15-20 years. Demonstrated success in developing and managing supply chain transformations in MENA & Asia. Experience in business case development and organizational change management. Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours as required. High levels of personal integrity and accountability. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners. Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative leadership approach. * Strong time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
