Delighted to be working with this very high-profile Hospitality Group again who are looking for a General manager for their high-profile Restaurant, Bar & Lounge venue in Dubai!
As General manager you will be full responsible for the day-to-day operations of the venue, team leadership and P&L management.
Strong Food and wine knowledge required and heaps of passion for delivering great food & service.
Must be able to manage large team, multi-cultural teams of staff members.
We are looking for someone with a great personality, with high energy & a sense of humour.
Candidates must come from either an existing or prior Dubai/UAE background, ideally working within similar premium, high-end dining concepts – as it’s paramount that this person has their finger on the pulse when it comes to local clientele, local promotors, local marketing strategies etc.
Hospitality degree is preferred.
Total package: circa 35,000 – 40,000 AED per month but potentially negotiable for an outstanding individual
