Job Description

Business Development:


Develop and maintain client relationships


Planning and preparing presentations.


Researching new markets.


Arrange business meetings with prospective clients


Attending conferences and industry events.


Collaborating with management on sales goals


HR Operation:


Oversee and process employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.


Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies in all HR-related activities.


Contract and Tender:


Checking the portals and accepting the suitable Tender request.


Overview and manage contract formulation activities including pre qualifications of bidders, preparation or compilation of request for proposals tendering process, bid evaluation, negotiations, preparation of award plan, preparation of letter of intent and preparation or compilation of final contract document for all contracting activities.


Preparation of list of items along with the quantities for generating quotation or tenders.


Preparation of tender documentation and submitting bids.


Preparing credentials, past experience and performance, key financials.


Preparing technical specifications, scope, deliverables, based RFQs.


Client Management (EOR):


Building Long-term Relationships with Key Clients


Develops And Implements Sales Strategies


Advise Clients on Creating Profitable Processes


Oversee Client Interactions


Understand Client's Needs and Goals


Upselling And Cross-selling.


Requirements
  • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in sales/business development in Employment Agency related Organization.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Good time management and planning skills
  • PMP/HR Certification is an add on.
  • UAE Experience is mandatory
  • Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good leadership skills.
