The Job

As the General Manager of DEIF Middle East, you will oversee the operational management of our Subsidiary in Dubai, which consists of 8 team members, and be a member of the regional management team for India, Middle East, and Anglo-Africa (IMEAA). Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our subsidiary in Dubai thrives in alignment with DEIF’s global and regional strategies. Moreover, you will be responsible for building and leading a strong sales & technical team, ensuring the subsidiary's operations are efficient, compliant, and geared towards long-term success.

You will lead and develop the team consisting of sales, technical and customer care staff, while also guiding the subsidiary’s growth and ensuring the development of current and future capabilities” explains Ajay Nair, Regional Manager, IMEAA. 

“You will define, communicate, and execute plans aligned with global and regional strategies and take the lead in driving growth and building long lasting relationships with our customers.”


Your tasks will be to:

  • Coach and develop employees within the subsidiary.
  • Develop the organisation and culture.
  • Identify and develop needed capabilities within the subsidiary.
  • Define clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) and follow up regularly.
  • Develop and execute agreed-upon plans and deliverables.
  • Represent DEIF and enhance the company’s brand among stakeholders.
  • Manage and improve key interfaces and processes between departments and across global/regional functions.
  • Allocate and prioritise resources for key tasks and projects.
  • Drive cross organisational and global projects to ensure solution alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the group.
  • Keep the Regional Manager informed about the subsidiary’s strengths, weaknesses, and risks.

You will report directly to the Regional Manager of India, Middle East, and Anglo-Africa and join the regional Management Team.
