In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire studio operation, driving profitability, and ensuring operational excellence across a team of 80+ employees.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, team performance, and profitability of the three branches (Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Qatar);
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve performance goals and KPIs;
- Manage a large team of 80+ employees, including remote staff;
- Adapt quickly to changes and maintain operational excellence;
- Foster a positive, empathetic work culture while delivering on the business target;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client's market reach.

Education & Qualifications:
- 2 years experience as General Manager, Operations Manager, or Branch Manager roles;
- Experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred;
- Proven ability to manage large teams (onsite+remote staff) in a structured, customer-focused environment;
- Ability to connect with both team members and clients, maintaining a positive, supportive culture.
