- Lead the establishment and operational management of Mira’s beauty studios across all projects.
- Develop and implement business strategies, operational standards, and quality control measures.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of beauty professionals and administrative staff.
- Create marketing and promotional strategies to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory standards.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
