Job Description
We are seeking to hire a Female General Manager (PREFERABLY Russia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, or Arabic)for one of our esteemed clients with a multi-million Dirhams revenue every year (based in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Doha). You will join a dynamic and growing team. To qualify, you should have at least 4 years of management experience in Restaurants, Hotels, Aesthetic Clinics, Pet shop, Nail Salons, Dental Clinic or Retail Sector. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, team performance, and profitability of all branches based in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha (Qatar).
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve performance goals and KPIs
- Manage a large team of 80+ employees, including remote staff
- Adapt quickly to changes and maintain operational excellence
- Foster a positive, empathetic work culture while delivering on business targets
Person Specification:We expect the candidate to bring strong leadership qualities, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to manage a large and diverse team. Experience in the hospitality or service industry will be highly preferred. Benefits Salary Range: 25,000 - 30,000 AED/month (depending on experience)
- Annual Total Package: 450,000 - 500,000 AED
- Bonus: Potential for 200,000 AED based on achieving profitability targets (5% of total profit)
