Novel Insight Property is a fast-growing real estate consultancy specializing in luxury properties across Dubai. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s overall strategy in the real estate sector.
- Lead and oversee the operations of sales, marketing, HR, and finance departments to achieve company objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with top developers such as EMAAR, DAMAC, and SOBHA.
- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the company's competitiveness in the luxury real estate market.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base and increase revenue.
- Monitor performance metrics, provide insights, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the team to enhance performance and productivity.
Skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a senior management role, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, trends, and regulations.
- High-level organizational and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to develop strategies and lead business growth initiatives.
