Job Description

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger accounts to identify discrepancies and adjustments.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and payments.
  • Perform detailed cost analysis to support management in decision-making and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain financial integrity.
  • Prepare tax filings and support audits, ensuring timely compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Utilize accounting software to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices, continuously improving financial processes and reporting.


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred for enhanced credibility.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Proficient in accounting software such as Soho or Odoo with a solid understanding of Excel functions.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills, enabling effective problem-solving and data interpretation to drive business decisions.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
  • Proactive mindset, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on accounting trends.
  • Fluency in English is essential
