Job Description
You will be responsible for driving the growth of our platform by acquiring and onboarding new garage partners and corporate clients. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with auto repair businesses, fleet operators, insurance companies and others ensuring they understand the value of our platform and how it can benefit their operations. Furthermore, you will work closely with partner garages to train their teams, and ensure they offer their services smoothly to customers referred via MyCarsRepair
Key Responsibilities:
- Garage Acquisition: Identify and target potential partner garages in the designated region, utilizing market research and prospecting techniques.
- Business Outreach: Initiate and manage outbound communication with garage owners through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce them to our platform and its benefits.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of corporate clients and tailor your sales pitch to demonstrate how our platform can address these needs effectively.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners and corporate clients, establishing trust and credibility as their go-to contact.
- Onboarding Support & Activation: support onboarding of garage on the platform to ensure smooth activation and go live.
- Customer-Garage coordination: liaise between end users and garages to solve for any challenges and ensure smooth and timely delivery of services.
