Who you areYou possess a blend of fundraising expertise and financial acumen, demonstrating the ability to effectively manage relationships with donors and stakeholders while ensuring optimal performance of our asset portfolio. Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills; Fluent in English (both written and spoken); High ethical standards and integrity in decision-making;Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail;Strong knowledge of investment principles, asset allocation, and financial analysis;Self-driven and results-oriented;Proficient in fundraising software, financial management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Education & Qualifications: A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in fundraising, asset management, or related fields, preferably in a nonprofit or investment setting;Proven track record of successfully leading fundraising initiatives, securing major gifts, and managing grant proposals;Demonstrated experience in asset management or fundraising;Extensive investor network; Work experience in warehouse leasing is a plus.
