As the FullStack Lead, you will be a key player in our venture building process, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable digital solutions. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust solutions that meet our ventures' needs. Your role will be critical in driving technical excellence and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of fullstack applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Team Management: Mentor and guide a team of developers, promoting best practices and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- End-to-End Development: Work across the entire stack, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and databases, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Code Quality: Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Innovation: Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies, proactively incorporating new ideas and tools to improve our development processes.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime for our applications.
- Project Management: Plan and manage development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the codebase, architecture, and development processes.
About you:
- 6+ years of experience as a FullStack Developer or Lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Expertise in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Strong proficiency in back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET).
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in agile development methodologies.
