Full-time English-speaking Rota Governor required in London for B7, £450 – £500 gross per day, Start ASAP A client located in London is seeking a sporty English-speaking Rota Governor to join their family to provide care and educational support to their son.
As a Rota Governor, you will be responsible for meeting the daily needs of the child; providing a high standard of care within a nurturing environment, following an already established routine and schedule, and becoming a great mentor to him.
Additional duties will include getting the boy prepared for school, escorting him to school and collecting, assisting with his day-to-day schedule, escorting him to after-school activities, and helping with school homework. Provide additional classes to ensure he is meeting his grades. You will ensure all the child's belongings are in order. The young boy is very active and enjoys many sports, the family is looking for someone who can share this love with him and spend time outside or participating in a sporting activity.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher, holding at least a PGCE/QTS or equivalent. Time will be provided for the lesson planning while the child is at school. You should be friendly, flexible, highly organised and be a positive role model and mentor to the child.
International travel will be required.
This is a live-in position with a private bedroom and bathroom provided within the family home for working shifts.
The working schedule is 2 weeks on/2 weeks off, during times of travel you may be required to work a longer shift.
