Role Summary: Full Stack Development
Lead with over 10 years of experience to guide development team in building and
scaling our monitoring tool.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience
in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong track record of
leading teams and driving successful project delivery. Additionally, experience
with PowerBI is considered an advantage
Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of
experience in full stack development, with a focus on monitoring solutions.
Strong
understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including WMI, SNMP,
Netflow, and TCP/IP.
Knowledge of
databases such as MSSQL, MongoDB, etc.
Familiarity
with web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx).
Prior
experience with PowerBI or other business intelligence tools is a plus.
Excellent
leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience
with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies
(e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity
with monitoring and performance optimization tools.
Knowledge of
Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Leadthedesign,development,anddeliveryoffull-stacksolutionsforour
monitoringtool. Providetechnicalguidanceand mentorship toa team of developers.
ArchitectscalableandefficientsolutionsusingAngular,Node.js,Express.js, MongoDB, socket.io,
Typescript, Redis, and RabbitMQ. Ensurethe implementationofbestpracticesanddesignpatterns.
Overseeprojecttimelines,resourceallocation,anddeliverables.Collaborate withstakeholderstodefineprojectrequirementsandpriorities.
Ensurehigh-qualitycodethroughcodereviews,testing,andadherencetocoding standards.Implementcontinuousintegrationanddeployment(CI/CD)practices.
Stayabreastofemergingtechnologiesandindustrytrends.Advocateforand implementnewtechnologiesandmethodologiestoenhanceourdevelopment processes and product capabilities.
Workcloselywithcross-functionalteamsincludingproductmanagers,designers,andQAengineerstodeliverhigh-impactfeaturesandimprovements.
Identifyandresolvecomplextechnicalissuesandperformancebottlenecks.
Drivetroubleshootinganddebuggingefforts.
Maintain
thorough documentation of system architecture, design decisions, and technical
