Develop new clients by establishing relationships with key hiring managers in
the market.
Drive the full recruitment cycle - Recruit and build relationships with
clients nationwide, while identifying and developing new business opportunities
across different sectors.
Qualify, present, and recommend candidates that meet the needs of our clients
by evaluating the best candidate fit per the requirements of the client,
including candidate personality, work experience, skillset, references, and
other applicable information.
Coach candidates through various stages throughout the interview process,
while managing the client and their expectations throughout the recruitment
placement process.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to fill full-time openings, such
as: o Cold calling/Bypassing Gatekeepers o Networking o Posting Jobs to online job boards and recruitment databases o Targeted searches and sourcing
Build ongoing relationships with our clients across the country through
travel (client visits), video calls, and connecting over the phone.
Negotiating contractual terms with clients
Join professional networking organizations, attend industry trade shows and
conferences, and establish passive channel sources to develop candidates and
client pipelines.
Analyzing and gaining knowledge of the market through competitor analysis,
the permanent placement market, market rates, staffing needs for our clients,
and client and provider contract expectations.
Achieve key metrics/KPI’s that support the revenue goals of Optimum.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years’ experience in a call center
(preferably in the recruiting industry) along with specific experience in the
staffing field, dealing with the US Market and/or GCC market.
Multilingual candidates are preferred (English, Arabic, Spanish)
