Fruit Farm Supervisor- Royal Palace Farm

Apt Resources is currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Fruit Farm Supervisor to oversee the procurement, handling, and quality control of fresh fruits for a prestigious royal palace in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for managing fruit supply operations, ensuring that only the highest quality fruits are selected and prepared for consumption.

• Oversee the selection, ordering, and storage of fresh fruits for the royal palace
• Ensure the quality and freshness of fruits is maintained at all times
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to develop fruit-related menus and presentations
• Supervise and train staff on proper handling and storage techniques for fruits
• Maintain inventory control and manage procurement efforts
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Keep up-to-date with trends in fruits and seasonal availability
