Responsibilities
- Welcome guests as they arrive and provide information about the hotel and services
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience
- Handle reservations and coordinate with the housekeeping department for room readiness
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, guests, and financial transactions
- Assist with the hotel's concierge services, providing recommendations for nearby attractions
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and inviting for guests
