With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Front of House Manager to join One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai.


With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of Resort’s success, and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our clients where you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive exceptional guest service and have a memorable experience.


Key Duties and Responsibilities


  • Ensuring excellent service to guests.
  • Assisting with recruitment and ensuring that employees receive appropriate training.
  • Monitoring cash handling procedures
  • Handling complaints in a professional manner to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, including scheduling, staffing levels and performance
  • Ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained, and that safety standards are always met.
  • Monitor guest feedback and address concerns proactively to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the Front of House Manager to develop and implement innovative strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Ensuring that front of house procedures are followed consistently

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements


  • Minimum two years working experience as Front Desk Manager in a luxury 5-star hotel.
  • Must be proficient in hospitality revenue management, guest services and team development.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Strong leadership skills and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Excellent computer and typing skills are required. Microsoft Office proficiency and Opera.
  • Excellent listening and comprehension skills required.
