The department offers a wide range of services, including event management, catering, and customers' handling. AZI Hospitality works with clients to create bespoke experiences that cater to their specific needs and preferences.About the Role:Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):Meet and greet VIP customersEnsuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.Overseeing daily operations of the front of the house.Ensuring adherence to safety regulations.Preparing VIP Report for CEOHiring, training, and supervising front-of-house staff.Creating and managing staff schedules.Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.Coordinate front-office activities and eventsMonitor overall customer comfort and dealing with customer complaints and commentsAddress problems in the utmost professional mannerEnsure events and conferences run smoothlyCoordinate with operations team to ensure meticulous planning and organizationSupervise maintenance, renovations and furnishings of FBO when requiredEnsure high level of quality in all facilities, including cleanliness and upkeepEnforce adherence to quality standards within the FBO operationsCarry out inspections of facilities and services provided in FBOResponsible for the development and maintenance of the SOPs relating to all functions and activities in the department/FBOEnsuring consistency in service and product quality.Conducting regular inspections and evaluations.Implementing improvements based on customer feedback.Providing development opportunities for staff.Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices.Encouraging professional growth and development within the teamBuilding relationships with regular customers.Encouraging customer loyalty through personalized serviceGathering and analyzing customer feedback for continuous improvement.Recruit, manage and train employees to achieve the 5* brand of JetexAny other duties that may be assigned by the Line Manager.REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATIONBachelors Degree from recognized University or Professional Qualification from Hospitality SchoolEXPERIENCEMinimum 5 years experience in aviation / airline / hotel industryMinimum 2 years experience in managerial positionKnowledge of another language is a big plusSPECIFIC/ TECHNICAL SKILLSGreat interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent in customer serviceGood knowledge in IT Skills (MS Office and database management)Professional lookPERSONAL SKILLS
